Hobby Planet Consignment Policy

Accepted Items

We accept collectible kits, model kits, toys, anime figures, and hobby-related merchandise.

• Items must be sealed, complete, or in good pre-owned condition.
• Hobby Planet may decline items that are damaged, incomplete, non-authentic, excessively worn, or unsuitable for sale.

Item Evaluation

All items are reviewed before acceptance. We consider condition, demand, authenticity, shelf space, value, and overall sale potential.

Rare or high-demand items may receive priority acceptance.

Pricing

• Consignors set their own selling price.
• Hobby Planet may suggest pricing when needed.
• Prices are fixed unless approved by the consignor.
• No haggling, discounts, or promotions will be applied without approval.

Payment Schedule

• Payout dates: Every 15th and 30th of the month
• Payment options: Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer
• A sales summary may be provided upon request.

Consignment Period

Standard consignment period is 60 days.

Items remaining unsold after 60 days must be picked up, approved for repricing, or renewed for another consignment period.

Hobby Planet reserves the right to return or decline renewal of slow-moving items.

Item Pickup & Storage

Consignors are encouraged to claim unsold items promptly.

Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification may be subject to storage limitations or relisting decisions.

Item Care & Liability

All consigned items are handled with reasonable care.

In case of confirmed theft, accidental loss, or irreparable damage, Hobby Planet’s liability will be limited to the agreed consignment selling price.

Hobby Planet is not responsible for manufacturer defects, hidden item issues, packaging deterioration due to age, or events beyond reasonable control.

Authenticity Requirement

All consigned items must be authentic, legally owned, and legally eligible for resale.

Counterfeit or unauthorized items will not be accepted.
